Information

The accommodation has been handed to you in good condition and checked before your arrival.  You are requested to leave it in the same state.  You are responsible for the cleaning at the end of your stay.  A security deposit is taken on handover of the keys and is refunded 8 days after your departure, less any deductions for cleaning or damages.

Occupancy of the rental property may in no case exceed the number specified in the rental agreement, failure to comply could result in the termination of the contract when the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be made in writing and the advance payment deposit will be retained.  If the cancellation is made between the 15th and 7th day prior to the planned date of arrival, 75% of the rental amount is due.  For any cancellation made less than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, the full amount is due.  All the rental conditions are accepted on sending the advance payment.
