The accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and checked before your arrival. You are requested to leave it in the same state. You are responsible for the cleaning at the end of your stay. A security deposit is taken on handover of the keys and is refunded 8 days after your departure, less any deductions we have noted for cleaning or damages.
Occupancy of the rental property may in no case exceed the number specified in the rental agreement otherwise this could cause a breach of contract and consequent forfeit of the advance payment.
Cancellations must be made in writing and deposits will be retained by us. If the cancellation is made between the 15th and 7th day prior to the planned date of arrival, 75% of the rental amount is due. For any cancellation made less than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, the full rental amount is due. All the rental terms and conditions are accepted from sending the advance payment.
